Animation Toolworks Artist Pages   Jon-Paul Kelly   My name is Jon-Paul Kelly. My background is in electronics manufacturing. A few years back I began to get involved in video production. I have always been fascinated by animation. I have been studying books on techniques, watching videos, and buying art supplies. But I never really did much animating until I took Gary Schwartz' workshop. Gary's hands on approach is really inspiring. I really enjoyed working with the clay guy. Clay is readily manipulated and responsive. Easy to bring to life. Stop-motion is very interesting, and I definitely want to do more work with clay.
